Heating power: Haiyang Yongping thermal power plant, with total investment of 250 million yuan, installed capacity of 24 thousand KV, is building, and will supply heat and power before the end of 2003.it is meet the demand of the industrial park.

Pipeline gas: pipeline gas supply project has finished the prophase demonstration, now is practice performance.

Drain contamination: Professional sage-guarding and cleaning organization has been set up in the park which is responsible for sanitation.

Within 5 years since an enterprise put into production, if the VAT retained locally is more than 20% over the tax paid last year (500 thousand yuan is taken as the lowest base), the amount over 20% will be fully repaid to the enterprise by local financial authority in the first two years and half repaid in the following three years to enterprise for technological innovation.
